So guys and pretty ladies, what do you use a proxy for and what do you use your real ISP IP for?

I use a proxy to watch youtube videos and do competitor research without having the fear of being identified.

I never really use my ISP IP unless it is something like Amazon which would be pointless to use a proxy for anyways. :flame:

Guys and Beautiful ladies tell me what you use a proxy and stuff for. Outline your workflow!

If you're wanting to leave less of a footprint with logs on servers you use proxies. There's other reason for this, but for SEO purposes, especially for many requests on the same servers (scraping, account creations, posting) you'd use proxies.

I used to use proxy to download high quality pictures of naked Asian girls. The pics were packed in a rar and I had to download it from a file hosting site which did not allow an IP to download more than 3 times a day, so I used proxies to download more porn pictures.

You have to use proxies when you want to do something on a bigger scale
i.e, you want to manage 100s or 1000s of accounts.

well i use to use the for blackhat leads on cpa, then i stopped because id rather do white hat and learn something
i dont really use them at all now

My two reasons...

1. To hide my information for anonymity
2. For security (when you work remotely from a public place, etc.)

These days, I rarely use them because it slows the connection a bit but it is useful to know just in case.

using proxies blocks your ip so that the internet does not know the location when you are spamming different things links accounts etc.
