" What kind of volume do you do a day?"

not really sure what your talking about but volume is just numbers, so the number of reviews / applications you would do in one day

Usually is asking how many leads you can do in a certain time period.
"how much volume you do daily?" How many leads u getting a day?
"how much volume you do monthly? " How many leads you generating a month?
