US$55,000 is what an investor funded start-ups' founder(s) would pay for such a logo which is created by their friend's digital designing company, so that such a start-ups' founder(s) can pilfer away money from the start-up company. Hence, that logo could even be worth US$5 million. So, they'll buy such a logo for US$5 million and a few other similar expenses of a few more million (US) dollars and then let the start-up's investors go to hell.
