Looking to get an appraisal on this great, if a little grim, domain name which has been registered for 2 years. As you know, when you search google it removes small terms like is, and, when etc. That makes this domain name the top choice for the niche. There isn't a better domain for it.
As you know, Margaret Thatcher is a very famous politician (her name gets 201,000 monthly searches according to google keyword tool) who is getting on a bit and has recently had a couple of hospital trips etc.
I know the nature of the domain is rather tasteless, but this is a premium domain name and when the inevitable happens they generate a tonne of cash. I remember a member here at BHW said he was the owner of a micheal jackson death related domain claimed to have made 4k in the day or so following his death. That story went on for weeks too, so guess a fair bit of dollar was made.
I'd like to sit on this little nest egg but I could do with the cash sadly, assuming the price isn't riduculus. I think there is fantastic opportunity to it.
