What do you think is the top ecommerce/business platform based on the user ?

I want to create ecommerce/business service plugin and I want to know, what is the top ecommerce/business platform based on install ?
Because I dont have resource to create all plugins on each platform.
I know wordpress is used from long time ago and has many user, but its mainly used for blogging/articles website. What about ecommerce/business platform ?

My best experience is with Prestashop. Really good and powerful platform for bigger e-commerce stores. For smaller ones Opencart is just perfect, easy and user friendly for newbies.

Never used Magento but its community is strong and they say this platform is powerful and flexible.
