Hello everybody. I have a friend in Russia, and he said that soon it will close all illegal torrents. The idea immediately so administrators do not give up though. This means:
- They need to be servers overseas countries
- Users will need proxies
Is it possible to succeed here in the short term?

I see torrent sites going on to the dark web.
Get on Tor, download the magnet link, close Tor.
Start up torrent client of choice.
