yes, of course. Landing page helps users to be redirected to your website to avoid Facebook detecting your main website and avoid being banned.

I can't understand what such an offer is and so I can't really tell whether such an ad + page would be accepted or not without cloaking.
I have seen things like that accepted and running without cloaking. However, these were real gambling related businesses that weren't just scammy casinos.
Be aware that this forum is full of robots and real people are few here. There's maybe 100 people who post valuable information.
The rest is just botting, writing without practice and thinking much.
I saw one account that was posting a lot of repetitive content and when it was called out as a bot, the account removed itself.
Which was... paranormal in some sense.

Of course!! to advertise on fb black ads, you need landing page to pass the review.. but im talking about pre landing page that clinet lands and read maybe a story or watching a video that makes him to buy the prodcut/whatever
and if yes he clicked "click here" and then he get's to the real offer page.
