Hello i have a question about posting youtube shorts. What do you think is better posting from phone or from pc?

If your account is legit and aged, it doesn't matter based on my experience. The phone vs pc only matters, if you are doing something sketchy. Usually mobile devices have higher trust in this case.

Oh thank you for your response. I asked that cuz in the phone you cant add keywords or i add them after uploading with yt studio?

You can add keywords after uploading with phone. The option is there when you try to edit the video.
