What do you think I should do with this domain?

I just purchased ihatethepresident.com because I think it could have potential.

I have no idea what to do with it though. I'm thinking either a blog, forum or just try selling the domain without a website.

I'm looking to do something that doesn't require a lot of time to maintain, so I'm thinking a forum is out.

I currently don't have any hosting, so a blog would be hosted by blogger. I'm thinking about setting up a blog with adsense and some aff links from zazzle for anti obama products on it.

If I did sell the domain without a website, what do you think I could get for it. What's the best place to sell a domain?

Do you guys have any better ideas? I don't know php, and have basic HTML skills so I can't do anything too advanced with it. I bought it basically because I think it has big potential, it's catchy and once Obama is out, it could be changed for the next president. People will always hate the president!

I'd think about doing a JV if the offer sounds good enough.

forum could be good, and when it gets some members you put some ads on...

but you need to know SEO, keyword research etc...

if you dont have any host, then i think this is ur first site, or you have some blogs, well seo is the key, you can make PHPBB forum, and with the right keyword, and seo you can get some anti obama guys

idk i see nothing monetary coming from this in short term sense

Maybe you can set up some kind of Poll CPA offer on it related to the president.

I saw somewhere on the Making Money section a method about that.

And if you are not up for the above idea, you may want to try flippa to sell the domain, or at least list it for selling.

I don't really expect to make big money off of it short term, but I thought enough people don't like the president so it has potential, plus it can be changed for future presidents.

Try selling the domain to the republicans

No really the name is good. I got a smile on my face when I opened the topic.

I can't think of a way to monetize it though.. My best idea is to create a crazy blog with ridiculous photo's of former presidents. (not only obama) or a joke blog.

Sell those freakin Obama the Joker images on T-shirts, buttons, etc...

You could also sell the T's with a picture of Obama and "Welcome Back Carter" on it.
