Today I was searching for Backup key in one of my forgotten email and I found this.

this sent from company ask me to sell them an aged domain name.
I never use Escrow before, or have an idea about their process also I google it but didn't find it, SEDO is so expensive 15% as commission.
I want to protect my self so I can't suggest PayPal or bank Transfer takes days. and also I want to ask for more because this domain have 56 Authority score with solid backlink.... and this a potential buyer the first email they sent to me was more than month ago, or I should wait for an batter offer.

So what do you think guys?

If you google escrow uou will find it or add .com at the end of it. Sedona is OK if they get you buyer but yeah if buyer found you then go for escrow, check how much they charge.

I would be suspicious if this is real unless you had previous contact with whoever this is.
Yes, Escrow is great and KYC compliant so if you are also, it's safe and I use it.

I find it quite odd somebody that is a true end user would send such an unsolicited email though with
that sort of fixed price IME, likely they are a reseller, been there done that seen it all.

I have had many such out of the blue inquiries and most usually are window shoppers,
fake, brokers or resellers not offering FMV for your domain. I know some of the tribe of
usual suspects who do this sort of thing. I would dig deeper and have a phone conversation
too to really see if it's real- don't just send it to escrow and take the money. If they refuse the land line
phone call, you will know it isn't an end user.

Keep in mind there are scummy brokers who do this fake email thing to get valuable domains
they front run to flip to the major money investors and or 3rd party contract "buyers" services corps use and all this is to low ball you and other resellers, and you could get more $$$.

The offer might be 25% of the true value, as that is what I was offered just by doing the background checking on one of my larger sales.

Thank you so much Mate for your realistic advices, I just search about the company on GMB and visit their twitter and see how long they in the business and how they act with it.
Yesterday I reply to the email, they request my direct contact I sent my phone number and we know negotiate on WhatsApp but I didn't call them and that's what I'm gonna do today.
Thanks Again.

Is it a one word exact match dot com? If so, it's potentially worth more than what you mentioned.
