What do you think about tier 2?

Hi,

I'm currently in a situation and I need your perspective to consider should I do it or not.

The thing is, my post was stuck at #2 for a while. I have done many kinds of links (all safe). However, I was wondering whether should I boost the tier 1 with high DA/PA, TF/CF PBN links?

I know the benefits of tier 2 and what they capable of. However, I still afraid of getting penalize by Google when doing so.

What is your perspective/opinion?

Here is my tier 1:

• Unique article
• 700+ words
• Some are authority links, like Engadget, Huffingtonpost, or LifeHack
• Some are normal niche related sites.

What should I do?
