As maybe you have seen in my journey, I am building niche sites. A few days ago I got a good high DA domain for one of my new sites.
Today I was trying to find another one (I like to have several good domains ready to be used once I have enough time). I have found a domain that fits the niche I am thinking about, it has several thousands of linking domains, high DA (I know, that is not the most important metric), its anchors are not about pharma nor p*rn, in the Moz Link Explorer has no spam score...
But again, in the Moz Link Explorer I got this:
If you haven't used Moz Link Explorer, Y-axis is the number of linking domains and the X-axis is the spam rating of these linking domains (between 1% and 100%).
So as you can see around 60% of the linking domains are moreless spammy. That is the only drawback I have found but... I am not really sure, maybe it will impact a lot.
What do you think? Should I take it for a money site? I have thought about I could buy it and just remove the spammy domains on Google Webmasters but... will it have a negative impact in the metrics of the domain?
