Hi,

I just found a keyword with 8100 exact US local search with avaiable .com/.net/.org domain name.

I have checked it on market samurai, but I'm new in Seo then I dont know this keyword is easy or not.

You'd probably do pretty well with an EMD... not too much linking to the pages... but there is some decent on-page optimization happening.

The bigger question for you is how would you monetize that?

Certainly rankable though, without question.

Man, your keyword is visible, remove your link and put a hosted image with the seo competition instead.
You can rank for this keyword + All the EMD's are available, adsence CPC is +1$ and the search count is acceptable. The only downside is that it's seasonal keyword. Anyway you can go for it.

to MagicMike : I monetize with google adsense. This keywords have more than 1$ cpc, I thought this is good enough, huh?

The main thing is to plan how to monetize your keyword. Searches are not the best criterion to see moneitzing factor.
