What do you think about this keyword?

What do you think about the search volume in Google AdWords? Domain is not registered. I mean this is the name of a region and this region is very popular. So is this search volume real or correct? If I buy this domain name. How much traffic will I be likely to get? So there are already many questions about this topic on Google that have been searched before, for example, where to live in region x? What is the most popular restaurant? etc.

Unless you rank your domain in top 10, top 3 you are not going to get much traffic. EMDs don't rank well and are hard to rank then 5 10 years ago.
Your next problem will be monetization. You cant make money by ranking in that country.
You make money by ranking in tier 1 tier 2 country.
