Hey guys
What do you think about an youtube channel with a special "travel /lifestyle" topic like this:

Channel starts at day 1:
A person left his home without nothing
No passport, no more flat or house, only maybe 20$, a bag with Stuff like a tent..clothers a cooker pp....
Day 2:
Blogging /YT /Fb /IG pp..
About the life on street and without a plan, what will happen for example tomorrow or next week...
Just making every day little videos about what is going on (10 -15min video)
Day 3,4,5,6...... For months or even years

Would you like to watch and follow such a channel on youtube?

It sounds like an interesting idea. But then again, any idea can sound good to some people. What you want to do is put your heart into something and hopefully it's enough to lead you down the right path.

Depends on who's your nomad... If the person is charismatic then yes it might work.

More like the British adventurer Bear Grylls, only with no TV viewers and that one was mildly famous even with a TV channel like Discovery.
You have to gather genuine audience who would follow this which means your "Idea/adventure" is only as good as the number of people watching it and the activities you do in this adventure.
You gotta be cooking some interesting things in your brain or else you'll end up wasting a lot of time and money.

Absolutely depends on the actor's charisma and not much else imo. Youtube is just a bunch of kids now, all of you in this thread are probably complete adults and so you are forgetting that. If the main guy can captivate the audience, those motherfuckers will literally watch him watch the paint dry. You can look it up, it happened. Also you are gonna need full blown clickbait titles. Here's a few off the top of my head:

I JUST GOT MUGGED WHILE SLEEPING BY A DUMPSTER
HOW TO SURVIVE ON $5 A DAY WHILE TRAVELLING
I GOT CAUGHT SNEAKING INTO A GYM TO TAKE A SHOWER
I GOT ARRESTED ON MY TRAIN RIDE
I'M SELLING COCAINE TO BUY A PLANE TICKET

Thats the point... The adventure is to life without money and every day would be an adventure for this reason... Like bear.. But in cities and maybe other countries

Yes youtube is now 99,9999% no needed money making crap influencer kiddies. And the creators only want to make big deals and the big money not else.

Its a cool idea. I really liked it.

However be ready to some good marketing to get eye balls for these videos. You will need to jump start things and don't expect that people will just automatically.

Well yes, because nobody is going to see your full journey. Maybe build up a presence first. An audience that will be interested in your journey.

Like for a start, if you had an actual travel plan. Get involved with groups about your first destination. Build up some kind of following.

Creativity is no problem but if i will start i will only have a mobile phone with me. So i have to make, cut and upload videos from the phone.

I think that would be the biggest problem. As i sayed.. I have only a mobile phone with me and it would be hard to manage IG Yt twitter pp... With only one phone and also thumbnails will be done.... Marketing :/

It's possible and could be a good idea. I remember watching this kid on youtube who went camping out in the snow and that video got him from 70 subscribers to over 280k now. I'm sure there is a bit of luck involved but if you put up high quality videos with interesting content and can keep your audience entertained then I don't see why it wouldn't work.
