What do you think about this anchors?

Recently I purchased a service from the BST section and I received backlinks from the sites having backlinks with this anchors.
What do you think about? You think they can improve my ranking? I think not at all, they can only give a penalty to my sites.

Without knowing what anchor text you sent to the BST owner for using on the links, no one can assist you with this. If these anchors are irrelevant to your keywords you may first contact the BST seller and seek clarification from him .

There's a difference between long tail keywords and LSI/related keywords. Assuming your keyword is "true religion", long tail keywords would be "true religion jeans", "true religion outlets", "true religion accessories", etc. The LSI/related keywords would be "designer jean brands", "jeans similar to [brand name]", etc.

In my opinion, you should have a much higher selection of lsi/related anchors than long tail anchors. The reason for this is that your main keyword is included in every long tail...which could be viewed as manipulating the serps.

In general, I don't like to see any keyword go over 10% for any white hat site.

This is hard to answer. Do few experiments in anchor text diversification to see results. And also spy 10 top competitors about anchor texts which they used. This depends on keyword factor and also quality backlinks.

Try to talk Seller and certify about your problem. This is not good.

These domains donn't seems to be trusty for me. Too much targeted anchors. I would leave them.
