What i don't understand is how you'll cash out Tel coins. Seems like a shitcoin to me though.

on Canada - Philippines case, recipients will receive it via GCash and Coins.ph, mobile wallet apps that allow you to pay bills, shop, send money, etc. using your mobile phone. You can also encash it through ATM or thru their thousands of partner outlets.

They just released today the version 2.3 of their app to allow Canada users send remittance to 16 countries...
