yup, the only good views are hr external, preferably from social sites.
everything else is pretty much a waste, since they don't increase impressions or click onto any videos.

Funny you say that as you used to be a big proponent of a guy we banned who was a promotor of RAV views.

I'm confused

I have been reading some of the "Russian - Vietnamese gang" threads and RAV threads.

It seems that the RAV views function by making the Youtube video popup behind an ad.

Which is why they say that for the 4000 hr/ 1000 subs process, the 1st video in the channel is
some random personally created video that looks like you are just learning, then the next two 1 hour
videos are also personally created (maybe looping videos from stock video websites) that are
muted (silent) so that when they popup behind an ad, they dont get noticed, but will run a long time.

Now you are saying that they don't really pop up behind ads?
