Agree with your initial thoughts, the site itself is alright, though I would standardise the heading text below the large icons (so their all either on 1 line or 2 lines), your piecemaker slider doesnt seem to be working?
I would also standerdise your order buttons so their all the same colour to make it obvious which buttons are for ordering. Logo as you say is a bit naff :P

The image of the money by the competition text is too large and fuzzy! - try keep it the same size as the div. Choose your region at the bottom isnt aligned with the rest of the site - try adding a margin / padding left onto it to line it up.
I would also make your social icons have a coloured bg to let them to stand out slightly more - and add a rollover perhaps?

Other than that it looks good :D

- edit; piecemaker seems to be working now! Looks like the slides could do with some loving, features and charity slides are good, The last slide is just a block of text...i couldnt be bothered to read it.

seems to be a big white spot that covers about 75% of your website....right on the landing page ? or is that a flash animation that wont load on my ipad

its the peicemaker slider, took quite a while to load for me - and yes its flash!

its a flash slider lol its meant to load up a seperate image if you dont have flash. i'll change that now

The site is not centred. The page has a grey bar on the right hand side which I find annoying.

Make it fit the whole page and it will be perfect:)

Yeah it looks nice, but the large white space needs fixed, nothing loaded up for me, plus your customer login page has some serious issues at the moment http://goo.gl/Mf0nx

the slider is not loading because the site is in https and its not redirecting i removed it from the htaccess but i'll add it now

what colour do you think is best for the ordering and yeah we want to make this big so we dont want to run into legal issues with the logo and once we have some more money we'll prolly get someone to do it properly

you need to re-phrase the why us page, that is actually the pricing page. The first thing i want to know, is where the hell is the price page, and your making it hard to find. That should be right on the home page. The type of people who want your service are not slow internet users, they want to know how much, features listed, and boom! where the hell is the order button. Swap whatever shitty flash animation you have coming up for that, and you'll maybe just get 1 or 2 extra sales ;)

i see what your saying. I'll consider the slider but we only have one pricing package so having a whole page on that doesnt really make sense to me?

nice theres something in the middle now lol. Make the font a bit bigger

Sorry i mistook the comparison chart for different packages, but yes, thats what i want to see on the front page. I have never seen a website offering those services that didn't have those details on the front page. Except yours.

looks god, just lacks personality...

well, but ;)

I like the orange, stands out and draws your eye to it, you wont run into legal issues with images of money. I would perhaps even change the notes for a stack of coins, or just a smaller image of someone holding some notes to make it look a bit nicer.

I would change the 3rd slider image completely and perhaps include the information on the slide in a pop up perhaps! I notice your using wordpress - there are plenty of plugins that will do that for you, and make it look nicer!

Re: the logo, im sure someone on here can help you with it - check the other freebie posts, theres always ppl offering free logo design. Failing that and your really stuck I could do one for you.

also try changing your h3 {
font-size: 1.5em !important;
}

to 1.7em and to make all the text start at the same place below the big icons on home page. Also on the h3 style within the page below the big icons add padding-bottom:20px;

to achieve a nice amount of white space. - or just add it to the h3 tag above. Same effect but site wide.

You worked the theme well. Good job. But you're not done here. Go around your site and look for improvements that could be made.

This is what your mind set needs to be:

This is my business and it represents me. Am I happy with the quality I have given?
