what do you think about my ranking strategy ?

hey i am starting in very very competitive niche which is dogs food
and here what i am planning to do :
if i search for my main keyword which is '' best dog food '' i will find in first results as EX
20 dog food ultimate review (Article lenght : 2000 words )
12 dog food for healthy dog (1500 words )
to beat the competition i would create so so fucking long article arround 11.000 words and i would title it Best 90 food for dogs in 2019 (the longest article ever in the topic )
and to do this i would simply copy all the articles in the same topic combine them (12+20 )and spin (using spin tools because my english does not qualify me to write content ) then publish to my blog + great tips + tons of videos and quality photos

TO build backlinks i will message all the tiny dog blogs and do the link exchange but in general i will not focus on link building because i hear that if the content is good that is quite enough
so please i want to know what do you think about this ? do i have to do some extra thing
i know when you read the thread title you expected kind of keyword research complication and spam software kind of stuff , but again i hear the good content is enough
