please check the other page under the "Claim your free chapter"

So what yo think? is it crappy?

To be honest it isn't very good.

You need to add more content to it, nobody's gonna download an ebook without knowing details about the method.

1990's design, no info about ANYTHING and "Learn step-by-step how to reach the financial independence" is grammatical gibberish.

Make it look better (commercial theme / better design), add some content to the page (book snippet / testimonials / persuasive writing) and get them begging for the book before they hit the PPD site.

You need to change a lot of things.

1 - Add Content
2 - Add Social Proof (Testimonials, a lot of facebook likes, comments, etc.)
3 - Trust elements (Badges, as seen on, etc.)
4 - You can add a video.
5 - Explain the features and what the visitors would get
6 - Add a logo
7 - Use contrasting colors (such as an Orange CTA)
8 - Add the benefits

Once it's done:

Split-test everything (CTA, Colors, Fonts, etc.) to see what works best.

Right now, I have no clue why I should sign up and what I would get.

Put a large background picture filled with money or a beautiful sunny beach playing to peoples hopes and dreams along with the other excellent suggestions previously made. :)

the site is to simple and won't impress people
tip: use real hosting or use free hosting with a .tk domain

Just take some good landing page and customize. No need to invent bicycle unless you are designer. :)
Current landing lacks branding. (and all other stuff as well)

Definitely needs more information. Look at some other e-book sites to get ideas. I just launched a similar site you might want to check out, just for ideas. PM me. (Not sure I can leave url here) It's not complete, but it is live and I got my first sale yesterday from this site.

I thought it was quite good to be honest - graphical and simple and straight to the point.
BUT I guess it really depends what traffic your sending to it - if the traffic is 100% targeted and ready to bite, then that landing page is much better than one with shit loads of text on it.

but if your getting generic traffic that you need to sell your product to, then I agree with previous posters, that it needs more work.

First of, the $ sign goes on the left hand side of the XXX. I like the simplicity that you incorporated in your landing page(Simple = converts), but I think the text can be improved. Maybe a change to the colors of the font could help.

all you need is to make a fake slots available and a fake counter of people claiming those slots up!

You need more information about the book and some catchy phrases. Not much information, something short and right to the point. Also, that green text used for $xxx looks like s**t. Anyway, that's my opinion, feel free to disagree.

UPDATE:
I want to advertise on fake PTC sites, you know that build in the last week and you got x$ if you are in the first 672366234 user :D i use this money to buy some ads
Fairly good i think, 162 visitors ---> 44 clicks to the download --> 0 downloads :/

It depends on your target audience really. In this case, it is from fake PTC sites, so you need some quick and eye catching design.

Bad design will only make you lose money in the long run and your marketing effort can be futile. Your current one is not very good, man.

Duh, looks like landing page that is made by 7years old kid.

You better just hire a professional graphic designer to do that bro.
