1) Buy a TikTok Ads account, use a proxy and a browser like Dolphin.

2) Create a TikTok account in the same country as the proxy/ad account.

3) Post existing content but with different audios/effects/texts about a specific niche.

4) Invest in ads to increase views/followers and the potential to viralize the content.

5) Offer niche-related services/products to this audience.

Replicate on new TikTok / Instagram accounts

I would say no because it is basically duplicate content.
 
If you post already existing content, be prepared to be banned a lot in a long term. In the short term you could probably get away with it

Thank you for your opinion. Would it be valid to create partially copied content? Make some changes and add a few seconds of another video
 
Your idea will work as long as you manipulate your content to bypass the TikTok duplicate detection algorithm

Yea that should be fine.
 
It might work with unique content as they don't find it.
 
Trust me tiktok is smart they will caught you somehow if not today then later they will.

On TikTok, you don't have to run ads to go viral, just post the content the many want to watch.
 
Don't buy tiktok ads it's not gonna work as good, if you really want to promote then pay someone in your niche to either duo your vids or interact with them and repost them.
 
Try to use your own content, that will do more impact then duplicating
