yeah its a good place to start. You learn some things even if you use the training.

It's great for newbies. But the SEO part of GS is useless now! But the basics are covered there!

i'm interested on SEO part

If you're just starting off this could be a good place to get some good information that you will need. However if you've been in the Internet Marketing for awhile you probably already know this information.
