What do you think about directpayprofits?

Just found this site today, sounds "interesting". First they say that you get 10$ bonus at sign up and another 20$ for each member you refer (which is very subtle mentioned that you will get the money ONLY if those people will actually buy the things they sell, thing that may go un-noticed very easily.

So, what do you think, scam or not?
