I have many customers or competitors leaving bad feedback on BBB and I have a F rating. I know many customers are legit and they complain about everything. They will go to FB and leave links to BBB showing my business.

- Does having a bad BBB rating affect your business/sales?
- Is their a service to leave me great feedback with different IPs
- Does anyone know how to get rid of BBB for my business?

I asked friends and family members if they go to BBB to look before buying and all said no. Maybe, it's my niche.

I've been there. Making sure you have good customer support from the start will prevent this in the future, but it looks like the damage is done. In my case, I had hired VAs that ignored hundreds of messages that could've easily been solved and let my reputation tank.

Customers won't specifically go check BBB ratings, but if they Google your brand or "{your brand} review", which they will, it will show up. And yeah, they won't buy. If you're running ads, this will significantly lower your ROI and conversion rates.

I was quoted $1k/month for reputation management to push those results down and rank paid review content. It was an easier (cheaper) call to start fresh on a new domain and handle customer support myself.
