I have a landing page that collects leads, the products are all digital in learning nich (related to making money online with social media marketing )
with autoresponder do all the sales work. All is white hat here.
  1. what do you suggest a broad-based or Lead Generation campaign?
  2. Also, can you suggest an Ad Network that can give results?
I'm not looking at impressions or clicks that do not convert to anything.

Advertise on BHW
I would use FB for this, easy to target people interested in entrepreneurialism. You can even do a lead gen campaign using Facebook Forms which will gather the contact details for you, that way you don't have to wonder if your design is a problem in converting traffic to leads.
 
LinkedIn can be an alternative method to reach new people. :)
