What is most important in a hosting package for everyone - what do you look for?

I like fantastico and the ability to host unlimited domains

Those are the 2 thing I personally have to have before getting any type of hosting. Also, I really prefer if the server is in the USA

Location - email limit - control panel - support - price - features/speed - fantastico (as mentioned above) - and one that enjoys long walks on the beach.
