Most times i listen to throwback blues while sometimes i listen to podcasts
how about you?

when am weak or broken i listen to motivational speech and more of andrew tate haha.

I envy you guys because all I listen to is the nagging of my coworkers and the voice of my leader on the phone
 
podcasts, Uncle Roger , and stendup,
sometimes, the music is a good refresher in between, so OG rap, and middle-eastern pop/rap
 
I have a playlist of mixed songs. I usually put it on shuffle. Some times I also add new music in it too.
 
Well me i listen to sublimals to program my brain ,healing frecvencies ,theta binaural beats etc
