I am new to most money making techniques but have had a little experience with adsense and have made a few hundred $ from it so far. I have got some html knowledge but am fairly limited with numerous other scripts etc...

Recently I have been thinking about quoting local businesses (of which currently very few have any online presence) for internet services, not necessarily web design but simple things that many have no clue about like adwords/facebook advertising, google maps listings etc...

I can also quote for other services like web design which I may be able to do if simple enough and other services that I am not able to do but can potentially source out to others (maybe someone here) and share the profits.
(Online stores are fairly simple to make and many real world companies have no clue how to create one let alone the time continuously update their stock)

Of course I will not charge until the client is happy, so I should be covered on the dispute side of things if something goes bad.

If anyone has any experience doing this or something similar and has any suggestions or tips, please let me know. It is still a fresh idea and needs more thought to go with it, I am young, just out of school (only 18) but I am enthusiastic and have had a couple of years of web development / money making experience online. I am thinking charging only minimal amounts for starters just to get the hang of it almost like a hobby.

Thanks

Offline marketing is one of the best ways of making money these days. Most companies have no idea what they're missing, or even if they have a website, they don't know what they're missing. Make sure you show them exactly what you're going to do. Example: Charging $300 for something like this without showing them what you're going to do makes it look to them as if you're taking a lot of money from them. When you show them you are working 40 hours on it for $300 they think they have a great deal.

Thanks for that advice. Like i said, it still needs more thought and planning if i decide to give it a shot.

I like the Idea. If you need help outsourcing your web designers shoot me a pm. I have recent success in the field. But i dont think you can pm me yet...
