What do you guys think about my future competitors?

Im doing a research for two microniche sites im planning to work on so I would like to hear a opinion from you guys if is it worth it .

First screenshot is for a microniche that has cca 12k searches monthly, and second one has 4400 searches. On screenshots you can see how many back links my competition has.

I will buy a SEnuke very soon and can build good high PR niche related backlinks and get edu and gov backlinks too , so wanna hear opinions from more experienced seo microniche dudes here:
