I usually just sit and work after breakfast but my brain seems very inconsistent with staying productive.
Some days I get done with 3 days of work cause I've hit that "zen state", and then other days I don't feel like doing anything cause my brain feels cloudy and I overall feel like shit.
Some have suggested that consuming coffee can help but I am very caffeine-sensitive and I feel jittery like hell.

What do y'all do to stay productive and keep your mood consistent every single day?

Fluoxetinhydrochlorid 40mg - Bupropion beta 300mg - Methyphenidathydrochlorid 20mg
Works the last 20 years ;-)

Not easy xD I start with a bit of meditation/sport and set clear and achievable objectives to keep the motivation! Also it is important for me to set a workplace so my brain understands that it is time to focus and be productive..

What do you guys think about the concept of a muse, like proposed in steven pressfields "the war of art"?

tell myself I need to earn money.
I spend all night overthinking about this, and then I can't sleep. I wake up feeling like shit, can't work, overthinks again, and the vicious cycle continues...

Its difficult to find anything that keeps you in the zone 24/7, even top paid and rated sports people didn't perform on the field to the level of being always amazing during play. They were just better than everyone else. Give yourself some credit. As long as you know your results, and you have your realistic goals set out for what you want to achieve at the end of the year, then fire away, and just keep trying to improve as best you can. Water, coffee, juice, milk, tea, doesn't make as much difference as a funky sound track while you work! :D

I work on mindset refining and finding deeply positive things in the world around me.

What I perform are stunts. I am a scam artist. A developer of browser automation using puppeteer + typescript and video production software developer.

Nobody pays me a dime for that but I'm happy!!!

Yes, I drink coffee 5 times a day. :p

I create a vision in my head for next 20 years, positive one. Helps to stay on track.
I never tell myself "this project has to be done this year, next year". NO!

It's a project for next 20! years.
It's awesome cause you can spend 10 hours learning some stuff with no guilt that you haven't earned anything today. :P

You say you feel like shit its not a productivity issue it could be a health issue.
Get professional help and try to get well and feel better. Productivity issue will be solved by itself.

Distraction affects me a lot too haha. You go down one rabbit hole and find 3 more and that shit never ends and before you come to your sence, congratulations you have successfully passed another 10 days without writing a single line of code that you set out to research for 10 days ago!!!

Don't eat breakfast if you do. Work in the morning, creatively. Makes a lot of difference for me.

It was actually related to my health. A close friend suggested to see a doctor a few weeks back before I take any random shit in my body. So, I did take some help and feel much better. Recovery is taking some time but almost there!

Not this type of learning that I meant.

I meant that if I got to study c++ to be better in my project, I study c++.

If something cannot be applied right now in my project, I put it in time and just make a note to learn it when I'm not busy with the project.

The project is so complex that there's math, video production, node.js, opengl, c++ to study. I can even apply reverse engineering apis and pentest techniques at one point but see, this is not time for it yet. When it will be needed, I will learn it.

I feel like podcasts / a few pages of books really help me. There are certain podcasts /books which give you that go get shit done vibe.

Kinda spot on example of what I deal with. I fail to say myself that "let's just move on, we have enough info on what we came for".

Instead I keep digging and waste time on info that's not even relevant to what I'm working on. Kinda plus cause I often come back to these in future. But yeah, not healthy for sure as it delays the current goal.

typo*

I meant:
Monkey awake, monkey hits the gym.

Like, I hit the gym the moment I wake up in the morning
Yeah, that's like you set gym as your priority.

I did that couple times, died after months of deadlifting and the solution is that... My real goal is having quality software made off multiple modules and gym/ exercise should be done lightly in the evening.

Weight on barbell is 5th on the list. It cannot become a priority no matter how much we want these body gains.

So you can add weight to barbell and you won't be happy with that cause your goal is different, probably business one.
