When it asks for things such as "employer, income, job title, etc" What do you guys put there? I mean a lot of Internet Marketing doesn't require you to even register a business, so It just got me thinking.

I've never filled in any, but what's wrong with "Affiliate marketer" or "Commission-based affiliate marketer"?

well if your making any kind of money - then you need some sort of structure - to protect yourself.

I say that because lets say your using Facebook to promote your offers and you for some reason get sued.

Bankrupt the company and start over - and not face the long term financial damage of being sued personally.

I'd suggest to anyone doing this for a living to speak with an accountant asap.

Just say self-employed and fill in your info. If you have money in the bank, show proof, that helps a lot.

I work for my own corp, so I just put on them the corporation as my employer and that gives me w2s and paystubs to show. Makes it a lot easier to deal with banks etc, its not a lie, I just never mention I own it.

Pretty simple...put exactly what it asks for. Are you self employed? Then write that...how do you pay taxes? LLC? Corp? Sole P?

Income....put what you make...again, simple.
