Drink coffee straight black, maybe throw some ice cubes in there real quick if it's right out the pot so I can chug it properly

I start my day with a green or fruit smoothie. I have one of those NutriBullet blenders. Sometimes I'll have a cup of coffee if I don't feel like using the blender.

1 coup of black tea in the morning and one of green tea at 3-4 pm.
Energy drinks make me to wired for a short while after which I get sleepy so I avoid them.
