What do you do with your domains?

Ok so after lots and lots of research I have decided to delve into this area, I purchased my first couple of domains the other day after researching potential buyers, keyword searches etc. So with my first couple of domains I have parked at sedo for now as they have quite good CPC. I have also contacted potential buyers after typing domain keywords into google and contacting companies who have ads on the page.

My question is as the title of the thread, do you do similar to what I am doing or do you have other tactics, do you get hosting and create a page on the domain? Do you put straight up for sale?

Would appreciate any feedback.

I try to develop every single domain I buy. For me parking is not a solution while selling to potential buyers is hard and I'd rather spend the time developing the domain and insuring a stable income for years to come rather than selling.

For the most part I try to develop or at least have plans to develop them, but sometimes its not practical to try and develop to many domains at the same time, spread your self to thin kind of thing. Like danielocean said you want to develop them.

I try to develop all of them if possible, mostly into blogs (since I'm a writer, and that's what I'm comfortable with). That being said, my main site turned into a vlog of sorts...
