I have a couple of sites with keyword sets like this:

blue widgets for houses <- primary keyword/EMD
    blue widgets houses
    blue widgets house
    houses blue widget

All of them get good exact match search and I would like to target them, but just can't bring myself to make a page titled "Blue Widgets House" because it's stupid. Another one I run into a lot is two keywords with different search/month and CPC, but the only difference is one is singular and one is plural. I'd like to think Google is smart enough to figure it out and mash them together, but the search/month and CPC being different throws me off.

So, what do you guys do with goofy/broken keyword sets like this to make sure you rank for the various permutations?
