What do you do with fan websites?

I created 3 websites and put them all in social media. I have assistants runs all social media accounts and my website getting clicks and people subscribe with emails. I have collected over 760 emails total from 3 websites past 3 weeks whats other ways to monetize website?

1. So far expenses are domain+ hosting, there is no SEO.
2. 2 websites are not on live in google (100% click through twitter and tiktok)
3. People subscribing news letter and email but they don't subscribe to adult subscription site.

You could sell merch through affiliate linked or run ads on these sites.
