im starting to think so bro, im going to go steal someones trench coat then buy btc with cash online but make sure 2 do it in dark alley with trench coat on then buy vpn and stuff, do u think that will do?

Let's start with buying btc. Best option will be do it offline because if you buy it online, this could leave trace. Look at localbitcoins for some local deals where you can exchange cash for bitcoin (face to face).
Then use some mixer to make it more difficult for others to trace it back to you. Then take your laptop to a local coffee shop and use their internet to buy VPN and other stuff. Make sure there are no cameras in the place. Which VPN company you select will also be really important. Make sure the VPN you select doesn't save any logs.. of if they do, they must delete it on a daily basis.

Start with getting the security mindset. Telling the world on a public board about a premeditation theft is not good security protocol to start. I post under my own name, even here on BHW. Why? because if I want to hide here I am.
If you want psudeo anonymity you can get behind a solid i2p or freenet connection. If you are worried about local security, carry a usb auto shutdownon remove key and boot into a linux system with pre CIA hardware and a pre-hooked OS version with all the right settings. Then have a religion of your choosing to deal with the worry of getting caught by guys who bring in the equipment to fast freeze your device to steal the frozen memory, literally. LOL.
You'd probably be better keeping your mouth shut and selling it for cash to the guy up the alley from where you pulled off the robbery.

Best way for internet is prepaid wifi with a spoofed mac / system info. From that using private proxies/tor and doing all your work off remote desktop. Make sure to dress like a girl when you buy refill cards because of the cameras. I wear a wig, shave my legs and put make up on.

No you are confusing them with magicians. VPN traffic can be encrypted before it goes any where near a "modem".
