I suppose mostly here don't have a stable income, a specific wage guaranteed at the end of the month, and it can be very stressful when money isn't coming

what do you do to reduce stress?

I never stress myself, in like 20 minutesi can find irl job work there for few days get some cash and that's it
 
meditate, game, sleep, listen to music, drink some wine.
 
If you want to avoid stress, have a savings account with enough money to sustain you for six months.
An IM career is no different than any other business you can open. If most of your income comes from returning customers, your income is not steady, but it is predictable to some degree.
 
Listen to music, sleep, play video games, watch movies
 
Ask a doctor to give you Sertraline ... Its a real magic .... effects will shows after 2month for all your life duration
 
The gym is where I go whenever I’m feeling stressed out, or just need a break.

It won’t solve any problems though, if you need more money then you have to just get back to it, focus and work hard (that’s from my personal experience anyway).
 
For the type of stress you mentioned, gaining financial knowledge will work, have a monthly budget, a saving account, and diversify your income, so you're not under risk every time a single business doesn't makes money.
