i'd start with fixing any ux issues, make site faster + mobile friendly. then work on better product pics, reviews, and clear CTAs. also maybe add some discounts, email campains, and ads on fb + google. test what works and keep changing stuff.

Create video ads but not just any kind. Focus on storytelling.
People are tired of ads that only talk about the product they won’t listen to you.
Instead, choose topics that deeply resonate with people, and build your message around those stories.
Subtly insert your product into the narrative, and you’ll see a drastic change in how people respond.

1. Add gift cards
2. Put price anchors (10x more expensive products near your most profitable products to make them look more appealing)
3. Abandoned Cart email follow-up sequence
4. Make sure your return policy is clear and easy to find (increases conversions)
