read books, chat on Tinychat (I'm a LEGEND on there), browse Chaturbate (max 15 minutes a day; I ain't no pervert, Sir!), watch sitcoms, lift weights, run, annoy the annoying dogs, read the news, write political rants, write anti-feminist rants, write 'why can't i get no pussy' rants, listen to conservative radio, laugh, laugh some more, call a hospital to make sure I'm not having a laughing heart attack, watch bootlegged movies, harshly judge the stuck up women on Plenty of Fish, etc.
Ironically, my leisure schedule tends to be more busy than my actual work schedule.

I count the breath. Every inhale and exhale as one and when I reach to 10 then I start counting from one again. I can do it fo many hours, best time pass.
