Just wondering what everyone does manually to promote their site without any tools? I'm doing yahoo answers and forum marketing manually.

Hey guies, I am going with link layers manually.... 1st week for 1st layer, 2nd week for 2nd layers and respectively....................

Forums are the place where you can get the targeted traffics of great amount.
Blogs are another place to get some targeted traffic.
but the SEs are the best place. So Trying to increase the SERP of your Website is the best option.

If you are building manually then build web2.0s, add a picture, embed a video. Its time consuming but its worth it!
Then add backlinks to them
