Well, this is the most difficult part of a PBN for me. I got like 15 new PBN web that I scraped and bought some here. So buying articles is very expensive.

1$ - 1 articles = 30$/site . So for 15 sites I will have to pay 450$.

I'm trying to translate articles from my language and post them but they are very short 100-300 words.

Do you think its a good idea to scrape content and use wordAI to spin them and after that to edit some manually?

Scrape quality articles and go to https://translate.yandex.com/ Start with an english article then run it through the translator three times such as the first is english to german and the second being german to french and then finally back to english. It could help you save a lot of time and money and the articles 90% of the time will pass copyscape and make sense unless most spinners.

That's cool, have not tried yandex translate yet, but cool that it would probably be different than google translate.

@PropertyGrow someone told me about it last year and I didn't think it would make much of a difference but you can actually make tier 1 articles from it as well. Of course you'd have to go in and check various things but it works pretty well. The difference between yandex and google for translation is google uses a robot type translation which never carries over to people that are going to read it.

Can I use grammarly instead of copyscrape to check unique?

That kind of articles will burn your PBN, very quickly.
Think about quality, for start.

Eli from BlueHatSEO said that each PBN should carry it's own weight meaning that if the PBN site isn't earning enough to buy the domain/hosting/content, then you shouldn't have a PBN.

I would add that if you can't afford decent quality content, you should reconsider owning a PBN in the first place.

Hire writers from Philipines or Indonesia who could write articles for less than $1. Like everyone said, Contents are as important as other things for PBN like hosting and domains.

What do you recommend me to do?

$450 for 15 sites sounds about right. What @BHopkins said pretty much. If you do not have a positive ROI from the PBN domain, then what's the point? Also, this is one of the reason why I tend to go after auction domains nowadays. You save tons of money on content and hosting in the long run with smaller number of stronger domains. Even though the domain cost is bigger.

I'd start with 5 PBNs then build my way up. That's how I started at first. Chose a keyword that will have at least the money invested back. That means monthly investments in PBN back. People just think that building a PBN is easy and stretch their budget before even seeing results. Plan out accordingly and test, test, test.

There is no rule saying you need 30 articles on a PBN; say you only get 10 on average, then your cost is cut in 3 already.

combine 3 articles and you get a 600w article.

For PBN content can be generated. For example in seocontentmachine.
The content doesn't have to be thematic to your niche.

If you think the articles you translate from your language are OK for your PBN, why don't you combine 2 or 3 to form one long article? At least, that will only require extra work on your part, not money.

As someone have said, PBNs should be treated like money sites. Well-written unique articles should be used. If you can't afford those, start small. Instead of buying articles for 15 websites at once, start with 1 or 2.

Just make the articles with the help of spin rewrite then do Grammarly with Copyscape passed unique
After that, you can use the output unique article for your domain

if it's foreign seo, I might translate english articles to that language and manually fix (if I know that language)

Hire native person for the translation job.
This is your investment.....
