What do you do as an affiliate when a customer request a refund?

    1) help the customer get a refund from ClickBank
    2) forward the message to the vendor
    3) ignore the request

    what do you do? :rolleyes:

    On my contact sites I always state that buyers need to contact the sellers directly.
    If there is a buyer contacting me I have nice email set up with contact details of the suppliers.

    You could setup an auto reply within cPanel that replies to the customer and directs them to ClickBank. Good option if you want to be totally hands-off if you have many sites.

    Some vendors ignore refund requests though. In fact, I've received some complaints about "us" being unresponsive to refund requests.
