What do you consider to be a good Average CTR?

I can start myself, I have a 7.4% Average CTR on a 3 months timeframe. For sure I have seen way lower. Also, probably someone is doing better. Wanted to determine what's the average CTR out there. I mean, independently from the number of visits.

It really depends on the SERP "noise". It is not the same ranking a keyword that only delivers organic results in SERP vs another query that generate a SERP in which you're competing with sponsored results, Google My Business page, "people also ask" box, etc.

CTR depends on the industry.
Higher the better of course, but the higher profit margins you have the less your CPM, CTR etc matters

I'm at 1.8%, website is almost 2 months old.
I rank for a lot of keywords but none of them is in the top positions, so lots of impressions and very low clicks.

I think if you have branded content and your brand has a good percentage of recognition, your CTR will be high. But in other cases, when search engine rankings are struggling for common keywords. Then if you're not at least on the first page of the top, your CTR will be low.
In my case, it's 3.4%.

1. The normal CTR for Google Advertisements is 1.91% and
2. 0.35% for display advertisements.
