I'm not native in English, so I would appreciate examples of articles that are considered "good content".

Your English is fine.
For me " good content " is an article I can read without getting bored, that is free from errors, grammar or factual. It needs to be engaging, informative, that flows.
The fact you're using I'm and not I am, shows you have a good grasp of English.
Grammarly is your friend or Hemingway App.

A good content is the content that fulfills what user wants. Your content should be helpful for the user. If the content is not answering the search intent it cannot be considered as quality content.

Unique article with variety of keywords. Keywords should not be repeating. Meaningful content .

Good written content is one that engages the person that reads it, so that the person reads the entire article till the end.

Any article that is -
1) thoughtfully written with end reader in mind,
2) sticking to the core of the topic providing valuable information,
3) does not have grammatical errors and spelling mistakes
4) if it is published in a website, it is coupled with good images and video references wherever necessary,
is a good content in my opinion.

"Good content" means it is interesting and useful for real human. It's not the question of good English language.

First, it has to provide value but mustn't be diluted by thousands of words of fluff. It must have a human touch, a bit of passion in the writing style, it can be an official style but not completely impersonal.
It doesn't have to be written like you write copy either, it's just an article not a sales landing page. Less engagement gimmicks and more common sense and authenticity. Throw in a little humor and you're golden.
