OR
anything that has more than 1 million exact monthly searches
OR
anything that has more or less than 1 million exact monthly searches (this number is irrelevant in this particular situation) and you can bank seriously with it.

It just depends how you see things...

I am sure there are some big boys around here (on BHW), ranking their sites for these kind of terms, too.

Look for the number of results shown, and then check top 10 websites if they have good number of links and have high pagerank and keywords in titles then consider it high competitive.
