What do you charge for Powerpoint presentations?

I have a client that is looking for a powerpoint with around 25 slides.

I am going to be working with a lot of different images, logos, and some video as well as different sources of content. They may ask for some graphs and animation as well.

What do you guys usually charge for something like this?

Once I did a coding homework for someone I took 25€/h
 
They are looking for a base price for specific project. I don't charge per hour because I have 3 weeks to do it and it will be a lot of back and forth. Any suggestions?
 
Thanks for your suggestion. Any other suggestions? I want to take what people say and get an average.
