What do you call that thing? Sales Page?

The first post that seller post on their sales thread...
Some are designed beautifully, some are just straight up text...
One thing for sure though, it makes me want to buy!
What do you call those (sales page? copywriting? infographic? landing page?) and anyone have recommendation where to get it?

Yes, sales thread. You can get the text written by any good copywriter and then buy the design from a good graphic designer. I saw some design portfolio of @360MOB on Dribbble while we were getting acquainted the other day. He might be a good guy to help you.
