How many of those are English speaking? Approximately?
Is there a country & age info?

At least try blasting email to your list once before you sell it, if list is really responsive then you will definitely make much more than selling it.

Try to sort emails by ccTLDs if possible, it'll be useful for promoting country specific CPA offers.

Did you mean auto responder service or software?

If you meant auto responder service then I don't think any paid service will allow send mass email without verifying or sending confirmation email to your list.

What you need is a dedicated server and mailing software like phplist or interspire or any similar scripts.

Just search on google about 'sending email to million using phplist' and you'll find tons of interesting topics.
 
16 million emails ikf ther are very valid emails then there are 16 million ways to monitize.
 
are those emails targeted,, you can have 1.000.000 emails and make 0$ , and make 1.000$ with a list of 500 emails

Even if they are real emails, whatever you use to mail out them will get banned pretty quickly or blacklisted. Also most Facebook accounts are created with email addresses that people don't use as they get clogged up with Facebook related emails all day long, people aren't likely to notice anything you send them.

My advice, is to build your own list of 16 million properly in a niche, THEN you have a goldmine haha
 
Facebook emails are still very profitable if used correctly.
