might sound like a stupid question, but im buying 10 domains for a simpe pbn, doing research and really how thehell do you tell the diff between good real backlinks and a domain that has 1.5k of links, linking to all sorts?

im using seo spiyglass to check backlink profiles.

as an example, can anyone give me a spam domain to check and a good domain to check

Chinese anchors, pharma/gambling/hack/adult anchors

I think the best domains have links from various domains and tlds.

Avoid backlinks with irrelevant and questionable anchors texts, as well as massive blog comments, guest book like links on spammed pages.

Check the domains past history with archive.org and the anchor text with Ahrefs and Majestic.

Go through the backlinks and see if they are natural and not just black hat SEO. You can use a shared subscription that comes with Ahrefs, Moz, Ahrefs and others.

If you get links from a real pharma site like webmd, is that considered spammy links? Because they do mention a lot of drugs. Or a website dedicated to certain medications like viagra.

Backlinks in guest post are always good and some PBN sites such as Adult, Gambling, Payday loan etc has spam backlinks and it has no more lifetime in Google.

Use some tools like Aherfs, check the backlinks if it is good or spam and check its metrics too.
